Application for rental

• Application period: At least 14 days prior to the rental date [on the 1st of each month (or the next weekday if it falls on a weekend/holiday), all rentals for the following month are accepted in bulk] Example) February rental → Application on January 2nd
• How to apply: Apply by phone to the person in charge (☎ 02-820-1215)
• Required documents: One copy each of the venue rental application form and event plan.
• Rental procedure: Apply for a landline phone → Submit application → Send approval letter and usage fee notice → Pay usage fee by the day before use
• Check availability: Before submitting a rental application , it is essential to check availability.
• Submitting the application: Submit by fax or email to the person in charge (a97snow @dongjak.go.kr )
• Payment of rental fee: Applicants will be notified by email of the rental fee, virtual account, and payment deadline.

Information on rental fees

• Basic facility usage fee (based on 3 hours)
  • In case of overlapping use, the applicable amount is applied according to the time zone.
  • Excess usage fee surcharge
  • Less than 30 minutes: 20/100 (1/5) of the usage fee
  • 30 minutes or more but less than 60 minutes: 50 (1/2) of the applicable usage fee
  • 60 minutes or more: Full fee for next session (full fee for full time)
