Guide to Using the Automated Civil Service Issuance Machine
- Type of issuance : Resident Registration Certificate(Basic Certificate)
- Certified copies of real estate registration can only be issued at the district office and the community centers of Noryangjin 1-dong, Sangdo 2-dong, Sangdo 4-dong, Heukseok-dong, Daebang-dong, and Sindaebang 2-dong.
- Certificate of corporate seal and corporate registration issued only by the district office from 09:00 to 18:00 on weekdays
- The unmanned civil document issuance machines installed at Noryangjin Station and Soongsil University Station on Line 9 do not issue family relation certificates or removal from family register certificates.
- Certificates requiring personal identification, such as resident registration certificates or abstracts, vehicle registration records (Type A, B), and construction machinery registration records (Type A, B), are issued after fingerprint verification of the individual.
If you have difficulty with fingerprint recognition when verifying your identity at an unmanned civil service issuance machine, please bring your ID and visit your local community service center to re-register your fingerprints when reissuing your resident registration card
- Bring one passport-size photo (taken within the last 6 months, 3.5cm × 4.5cm)
- No reissuance fee if the previous resident registration card is returned.
