Issuance of a Medical Report
- Purpose of use
- To check the status of infectious diseases for employment or to a dormitory or a community welfare center
※ A medical report issued by the Public Health Center is only for checking the status of infectious diseases. A medical report cannot be used with a physical examination report for employment. (A medical report cannot be used for issuance of certificates or licenses such as a hairstylist’s license, cook’s license, dietitian’s license, medical checkup report for driver’s license, firearm license, etc.)
- Fees: 1,500 won
- Test items
- Typhoid, tuberculosis, venereal diseases, and infectious skin diseases
- What to bring
- ID Card (Resident Registration Card, Passport, Driver's License, and Student ID Card)
※ Foreigners: Passport or Certificate of Alien Registration
- Time required
- Issued at the Civil Affairs Office (1F) five days after the submission date (ID Card or receipt)
- On-line issuance is limited to the first issuance only (G-health: http://www.g-health.kr/) - Government Public Key Infrastructure required

- Fees: 300 won
- What to bring: ID Card
- Time required: Immediately
